KERI (Key Event Receipt Infrastructure) enables decentralized trust distribution through cryptographic key events, ensuring verifiable identity management without centralized ledgers or consensus algorithms. OCA suite

Defining domain boundaries within a single system is challenging, and establishing them across systems is even more complex. OCA addresses this by enabling data-level harmonization through structured overlays, facilitating consistent, interoperable data representation.
